What should I expect from Baradat & Edwards?

Aggressive, vigorous prosecution of your claim with the best possible recovery.

Why hire an attorney?

In the vast majority of cases, the best recovery can only be obtained with the assistance of a respected, experienced attorney.  Insurance companies pay as little as they possibly can to settle a case.

[ back ]

How do you charge?

Baradat & Edwards take all their cases on a contingency fee basis, that is a percentage of the client’s net recovery, after deducting the costs of prosecuting the case.  The percentage charged varies from case to case.

[ back ]

Who will pay for the expenses of my case?

Baradat & Edwards advances all costs of prosecuting each case.  Clients are never asked to pay anything in advance of the resolution of their case, and only pay if the case is successfully resolved.

What happens if we lose?

As all our cases are taken on a contingent fee basis, Baradat and Edwards are not paid if your case is lost.

[ back ]

What is your firm’s track record?

Baradat & Edwards successfully concludes the vast majority of the cases handled.  As they work on a contingent fee basis, if your case is accepted, Baradat & Edwards believe that your case can likely be resolved in your favor.
